Returns
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition.
How to return
Email us with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for returning
We'll reply within 24 hours with next steps.
Return Process
Please note:
- Returns are at the customer's expense. You may use your local post office or any courier service.
- Once we receive your request, we will provide the return address, the name of the person receiving the package, and a contact phone number.
- Make sure the package is properly labeled and securely packed.
Final Sale & Damaged Items
Sale and made-to-order items are final sale — no returns unless the item is defective.
f you receive a damaged or wrong item, email us immediately. We’ll fix it ASAP.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We can change it for you if you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
If it’s already shipped, you’ll need to return it first, then place a new order.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds take 5–10 business days once we receive and check your return.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Want to cancel your order? Email us ASAP. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll refund. If shipped, you can return it after delivery.
