Return Window
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all original tags and packaging
How to Start a Return
Email us at office@pinkspink.company with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
We'll get back to you within 24 hours with return instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility (unless the item is damaged or incorrect).
We recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid issues.
We’re not responsible for lost return packages.
Exchanges
Can I Exchange My Item?
If your order hasn’t been confirmed or shipped yet, yes — we can help you change the size or color.
Just email us as soon as possible with your request.
However, if your order has already been shipped, we can’t make changes. In that case, you’ll need to return the item once it arrives and place a new order for the correct one.
Refunds & Cancellations
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Items
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom-made or final sale items cannot be returned.
Canceling an Order
If you need to cancel your order, email us ASAP. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll cancel and refund it.
If it’s already on its way, you'll need to return it after delivery.
Important Notes
Sale items and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless defective.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us right away — we’ll fix it ASAP.
